TAC 2026 Award Submissions Are Now Open!

Dear Game Changers,

We are pleased to let you know that the TAC 2026 award submission forms are now live! You can now start preparing and completing your submissions.

How to submit?

As a reminder of how to complete your award submissions, you can watch this short demo video, which walks you through the TAC 2026 award submission process step by step.

Key steps to take

  • For all Direct Impact Awards, it is mandatory to first share your initiative on the TAC Solutions Repository. You can then use this solution as the basis for completing your award submission.
  • While submitting a solution is not mandatory for the other awards, we highly encourage you to still share your initiatives on the Solutions Repository. This helps keep other airlines in the loop about the great work you are doing and gives them the opportunity to learn from and be inspired by your solutions.

A few important guidelines

  • Any team member can complete an award submission – this does not have to be done by the Game Changer Leads.
  • Team members can also edit their airline’s existing award submissions.
  • Important: After creating a new award submission, please wait approximately 10 minutes before editing it. This helps prevent data or attachments from not being stored correctly.

Key dates and timeline

  • Showcase event window: until 22 October. If your submission relates to your Showcase event, please submit your award entry once the Showcase has been completed so you can include the final results and learnings.
  • Award submission deadline: 2 November. All submission forms will close on this date, after which the data will be exported for evaluation by the expert jury. Information submitted after 2 November cannot be considered.
  • Video submission deadline: 20 November. For the Best Storytelling Showcase, a video submission is mandatory and must adhere to the submission guidelines outlined here. Please share your video via email with your TAC Key Account Manager, using a file-sharing service (e.g. WeTransfer) that allows them to access and download the file.

Tips & tricks for a strong submission

  • Make your submission as complete, specific and concrete as possible.
  • Focus on tangible results and concrete impact, backed by data wherever possible, rather than potential future outcomes.
  • Keep the expert jury in mind as your audience. Make sure your submission is easy to understand for someone who has not heard about your initiative before.
  • Make sure the information you provide clearly demonstrates what you did, what changed as a result, and what you learned.
  • Bring your submission to life by adding relevant visuals and supporting materials – for example, documents, reports, quotes, stories, photos or other evidence that helps illustrate your work.

    Need help?

If anything is unclear, please reach out to the TAC team. We are here to guide you through the process. It is always better to double-check than to submit incorrect or incomplete information, so please get in touch if you have any questions.

We are so excited to see your submissions and learn more about the work you all have been doing throughout this year!

Best of luck to all of you,
